Henry Z. Steinway is denied the power to set prices to Steinway & Sons products, after his disagreement with CBS management regarding their idea that people would pay any price for a Steinway & Sons piano. Robert G. Campbell, who is given the task to set Steinway & Sons prices, is happy to increase them. (As a result of such increase, Steinway & Sons market share will soon fall to less than 1%.)
