Eventually most of these men will become Vice-Presidents in charge of their respective areas of responsibility, and by establishing their structure, Henry Z. Steinway will accomplish what was suggested by Robert Heller Associates in 1941: giving the non-family management team control over Steinway & Sons’ Board of Directors.
