The plasterers finish their work in Steinway Hall. The entire space, 9,225 square feet, 2,500 seats, has been built and furnished in 4 months. With New York Academy of Music gone, Steinway Hall, designed, financed and owned by Heinrich Engelhard Steinweg and his son William, is now the largest musical venue in New York City.
