New York Tribune informs its readers that the Centennial Commission Executive Committee has summoned Albert Weber to Philadelphia, where the Committee has changed the text of his report back to its original form. (It was William Steinway who has initiated that action, helped by C.P. Kimball, Commissioner Beckwith and the secretary of the Centennial Commission Francis A. Walker). True to his character, in his follow-up interview to New York Tribune, Albert Weber will try to present the change of the text of the report as his ultimate triumph over the competitors.
